HollywoodNews.com: Lindsay Lohan is about to go to court in regard to her alleged theft case, but it seems her lawyer, Shawn Holley, will be trying to lessen the charges.

Holley was reportedly just at the headquarters of the LAPD to work out some details, states TMZ. She reportedly brought in an expert to appraise the allegedly stolen necklace to see if the price is actually much lower than it was being sold to Lindsay for.

If the necklace comes in under $950 than Lindsay could only be facing misdemeanor charges. Holley is rumored to be planning on arguing this on Friday in court.
