Getting and keeping good skin is not an expensive or complicated process. You can use a non-expensive cleanser that your skin type will respond to. The five skin types are oily, dry, (normal) combination of oily and dry, sensitive, or sun damaged. Oily skin tends to have big

pores. Dry skin feels tight, especially after cleaning, and wrinkles easily. Combination skin has medium pores, dry skin around the cheek, forehead and chin area. In the T Zone, or nose area the skin is oily. Sensitive skin has very small pores. Sensitive skin is thin, tends to rash easily, and is prone to fine lines. Sun damaged skin feels tight, very porn to wrinkles, and sagging.

When using a cleanser be careful not to clean too often. Just washing at night 3 or 4 times a week should do. In the morning, just plain old water is fine. One of your main goals when taking care of your skin should be taking care of your pores. Clean pores make a tremendous difference in having healthy looking skin. Cleaning your pores is very simple. When you are going to take a shower, make sure the water is nice and warm. Warm water will relax and open your pores. After being in the shower for a few minutes your pores should begin to open. You can use a cleanser of your choice, or plain old soap and water. When you are done cleaning, turn on the cold water for a few minutes. This will close your pores. If you have dry, or sun damaged skin be sure to moisturize afterwards.
